Director of Operations and Administration @ Shojo Group
As the Operations and Admin lead, Baron uses his knowledge of restaurant operations to ensure the most efficient performance out of the restaurants under the Shojo Group family in the greater Boston area. All aspects of daily restaurant activity including front of house relations and customer facing staff, bar operations and product quality, and back of house kitchen management.
His technical proficiency allows him to guide the locations on equipment such as point of sale system setup and operation, all things media related to provide on brand and lively atmospheres for diners, and back end administrative duties including but not limited to full menu buildouts within the POS ecosystem, payroll auditing, and sales data reporting.
In addition to his hospitality centric skill set, Baron has an ever-growing hunger to learn about the art of design and creative direction. He employs his experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects to create design materials for Shojo Group.
Baron leads brand strategy and building the foundations for the overall concept of the businesses under the Shojo Group family in addition to creating brand kit materials such as logos, marketing materials, and websites themselves for the current and future locations.
He is heavily interested in all things aesthetically pleasing.
